Pixafinder is a brand of Vedastra Technologies Private Limited, India. This notice covers the website enquiry form and essential site operation.

What we collect

The form collects your name, email, company, country, selected service, project brief and optional budget or timing. The WhatsApp enquiry flow collects a national mobile number without a country code, email, company and product interest. Your consent and submission time are recorded. Please do not submit confidential documents, passwords or payment information.

How we use it

We use the information to review the request, discuss the project and maintain the enquiry record. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. After saving a WhatsApp enquiry, you can choose to open WhatsApp with a prefilled message containing those details and send it to +91 90690 08700. WhatsApp is an external service with its own privacy practices. No message is sent automatically. Enquiries are stored in the website’s protected project inbox.

Hosting and security

This website and its enquiry system run on AWS Lightsail in Mumbai, India, using a Node.js runtime and a private SQLite database. Cloudflare supplies DNS. The protected owner inbox uses HTTPS and administrator authentication. Private backups support recovery. Hosting/security logs may process network information, and service providers may process data under their own terms. No security system can eliminate every risk.

Retention

Website enquiries are retained for up to 180 days unless needed for an ongoing project or another agreed obligation. Expired enquiry records are cleared during later submissions. A limited, hashed submission identifier is used for rate limiting; the raw IP address is not stored by the application.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or delete an enquiry, use the project form and select Privacy request. Include your reference and the email used for the request. We may ask for verification before sharing or changing personal data.

Cookies and local data

The marketing pages do not install advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting or administrator sign-in may use essential security and authentication cookies. Layout previews run in the browser and are not uploaded when you edit them. The future Studio feature catalogue is a product roadmap; this marketing website does not provide production AI generation, client uploads or creative-application accounts. Any future application will require its own accurate processing and retention information before launch. Enquiry details are transmitted only when you submit the form.

AI-assisted visuals and external links
